Italian descent, Red Seal Chef, Matteo Gironi, started off in Toronto at numerous restaurants ended up as the head chef at the Toronto Ski Club for seven seasons. Now a proud permanent residence of PEI.
OWNER: MONIQUE
Head marketing person plus hairstylist Monique Bisson move to PEI with Matteo to start their own businesses. Monique also is a award winning hair and wedding stylist, plus helps run the pizzeria.
